Today we are all feeling the stress and pressure of the ‘always on’ work culture. How well do you balance demands and resources? When we are constantly feeling overwhelmed, it is emotionally, physically, and mentally draining and can lead to exhaustion, stress, and burnout. This interactive workshop is designed for both team leaders and team members to understand the burnout syndrome, signs and symptoms of burnout, and the risk factors associated with frequently feeling depleted. Topics include the types of burnout, the stages of burnout, and strategies for beating burnout and achieving more. The program concludes with participants creating an action plan based on what they learned during the class.
