As the author of Joyful Prayerful Thankful: Discovering Your Path to Spiritual Growth and Lasting Joy (released April 26, 2026), Kevin helps individuals strengthen their faith, deepen their spiritual practices, and rediscover the joy found in slowing down and realigning with what matters most.

Kevin graduated from the University of North Texas and lives in Georgetown, TX with his wife, Tracy. They have two adult children, Kip and Kait. Kevin moved to Round Rock in 1979, served for nine years on the board of the Texas Baptist Children’s Home, and can be found on most Sunday mornings preaching in the Austin area. When he’s not teaching or writing, Kevin enjoys time with family, traveling with Tracy, and investing in the people who have shaped his life.
